  1. We will exercise the utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us, cleaning each article using the method that is suited to its nature and condition.
  2. We cannot assume responsibilities for inherent weakness or defects in materials that are not visibly apparent prior to the procession. This applies particularly, but not exclusively to suedes, leathers, ilks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyl, polyurethanes etc.
  3. In laundering. we cannot assume responsibilities for colour loss and shrinkage or against damage to weak and tender farbics.
  4. Any ornaments or special buttons must be removed by the customers before sending for cleaning. Responsibility is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, shoulder pads and sequins etc.
  5. In the event of loss by fire, any other loss or damage to the article for which may accept liability, without prejudice, such liability SHALL NOT EXCEED five (5) times the rates charged for cleaning the article, provided that the claim is made within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving the article and original tax invoice/contract must be presented. Such claims are deemed not exceeding 2,000 THB or whichever is lowest unless the value of the article is declared in writing on the Tax Invoice Contract.
  6. Any item which value is declared by the customer, exceed 2,000 THB. The rate charged for cleaning the item will be ten (10)% of the declared value, otherwise, the normal rates apply.
  7. The article, whether partially or completely damaged must be retained by us upon full settlement of claims unless otherwise agreed by THAT LAUNDRY SHOP CO., LTD.
  8. All articles must be claimed within two (2) weeks from the deposit date of the tax invoice/contract. All unclaimed items will be disposed of after the expiry date unless otherwise specified at the time of depositing the articles for cleaning.
  9. Please check a number of articles indicated, otherwise THAT LAUNDRY SHOP CO., LTD count must be accepted.
  10. All articles must be inspected and customer’s dissatisfaction, if any, shall be made known at the time of collection.
  11. Express service will be complete in three (3) hours, with a 100% extra surcharge applicable. Pick up after three (3) hours or within the same day of drop off will be considered as “EXPRESS SERVICE”
  12. Pick Up/Delivery service is available within Bangkok Only with a minimal fees starting from 20baht. You should notify us before you book for any service for exact service fee that is going to be charge to you
